Payment Methods
We offer 3 methods of payment: Credit Card (Debit card, Visa or MasterCard) or PayPal.
We don’t charge separately online for Credit card or Paypal when ordering on-line. The charge when you order by phone is higher, but you will be informed about the amount when you conclude the order by phone
Electrolux uses Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) to guarantee the security of your payments by Credit Card or Paypal. We assure payment security with RBS by encrypting the connection when transmitting banking information on the network.
Please note that if the security department suspects fraud, we have the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.
To pay by credit card, your account is debited when your order is accepted on condition that we have received pre-authorisation for your account. If sufficient funds are not available, your order will not be taken into account.
Delivery information
The products bought on the site will be delivered to addresses within the UK only.
In the event where you would like your goods delivered to another country where Electrolux is present, you must purchase your order through the site that corresponds to that country. It is the country where delivery will take place that determines the country of purchase.
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you placed your order.
Our Method of delivery will allow you to receive your package in 3 to 5 days. When you place your order before noon on a working day, it will be handled the same day, if the product was shown to be in stock on the site. If a product is shown out of stock you can expect delivery between 21 and 30 days.
The delivery is free for all orders above 24 £ VAT incl.
Cancellations and Returns
We allow you 14 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice, we do advice you to contact us before sending your package so we can ensure you have the best instructions on how we will repay you. Should any payments have been made, these will promptly, at the latest within thirty (30) days from our receipt of the returned Product, be repaid by us
We suggest that you send us the product by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Cost for returning remains the customer’s responsibility.
Your present right to return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (including original packaging, accessories, documentation etc.).
Please note that the cost for returning is your responsibility, except if the product is defective, and of course we will replace or refund fully any product subject to our guarantee rules. For guarantee issues we recommend that always contact us before sending back any product, else we cannot guarantee you a good follow up of your case.

If you are placing a business order, and you expect that you have regular orders, please call us, all our deliveries will be done standard with an invoice that shows VAT.
