Made in Italy, the pasta roller is constructed from food-grade lightweight aluminium alloy that has been anodised for durability. Outer housing is sleek chromed steel.
The pasta roller has a K-attachment hub for quick and easy attachment to your UltraMix stand mixer. Simply fit into the attachment hub on the front of your UltraMix stand mixer and you are ready to get started.
Adjustment dial with range of 0-9 allows you to control the desired thickness of the dough.
