1. GENERAL

1.1 Electrolux is a brand that is owned by AB Electrolux (publ.), a Swedish company registered in Stockholm. The webpage (https://shop.electrolux.co.uk) (“Sites”) are operated on behalf of AB Electrolux (publ.) by Electrolux plc, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 2331516 with its registered office at Addington Way, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU4 9QQ (“Electrolux”)

1.2 These terms and conditions (“Conditions”) are applicable to every offer, purchase order, order confirmation, delivery, invoice or agreement for the sale of products and services (“Product” or “Products”) either:

a. marked with a 'buy-button' listed on the Electrolux online shop available at the Sites; or

b. sold directly through the Electrolux Contact Centre (“Contact Centre”) by telephone on 03445 610507.

The Products are sold by Electrolux plc to its customer (“Customer”).

1.3 Details about Electrolux and Electrolux’s products and services can be found on the Sites or from the Contact Centre before an order or placed. Electrolux will also confirm the key information to the Customer in writing after an order is placed, either by email, by text, in your online account or on paper.
